Faculty + Staff

LMA has a strong policy of recruiting qualified individuals and teachers that are experienced and certified in the Montessori curriculum. All teachers are required to annually upgrade their skill set by attending continuing education workshops so that they can continuously contribute towards the growth and development of a child. All members of our staff are trained to deal with emergencies requiring CPR, first aid, SIDS and evacuation procedures in the event of a fire or weather hazard. The school takes great measure in ensuring that all teachers comply with the code of standards issued by the childcare licensing authority.
